Pottery hand building workshop: Tea cup & small plates

In this workshop we will make 2 tea cups with handles and side plates to match. Together, we will craft your masterpieces using the slab building, pinch and coil construction techniques.

This is an excellent introduction to hand-building with clay, providing an understanding of the material and drawing you into the world of ceramics. You will be expertly guided through the hand-building process using either Feeneys Buff Raku Trachyte, a heavily grogged warm buff clay with trachyte specks that burn through glazes, or Keanes White Raku clay.
